摘　　要：恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中常伴发水液代谢异常疾病。杨国旺教授认为恶性肿瘤相关水液代谢异常疾病的核心病机在于气、血、水代谢失调,三者相互为患,进而导致气滞、瘀阻、水停,出现诸如“悬饮”“臌胀”“水肿”“癃闭”“遗溺”等并发症。杨国旺教授临证多从调气、行血、利水入手,根据病种的不同、病位的不同、病变阶段的不同分而治之,各有侧重,兼以运用温阳、化痰、通络等法;同时,杨教授始终抓住恶性肿瘤相关水液代谢异常疾病“本虚邪实”的本质,在改善水液代谢异常的同时,强调要积极治疗原发病,通过“扶正祛邪”以预防病情进展,实现患者最大的生存获益。The occurrence and development of malignant tumors can often be accompanied by diseases with abnormal water and fluid metabolism.Professor YANG Guowang points out that the core pathogenesis of abnormal water-liquid metabolism diseases related to malignant tumors lies in the imbalance of Qi,blood and water metabolism,which leads to Qi stagnation,blood stasis,water retention,and complications such as pleural effusion,seroperitoneum,edema,uroschesis and uroclepsia.Professor YANG Guowang emphasizes that treatment should focus on regulating Qi,blood and water,while giving consideration to the different kinds,different parts and different stages of the disease.In addition,the methods such as reducing phlegm,warming Yang and dredging collaterals can also be used during the treatment.While improving the abnormal water and liquid metabolism,professor YANG Guowang stressed the need to treat the original disease so as to achieve the greatest survival benefit of patients.
