摘　　要：妇科痛证发生在少腹,以胞宫为中心,为厥阴、少阴、冲任二脉循行部位,责之“不通则痛,不荣则痛”,病因多端,虚实错杂,属于妇科疑难杂症。谢德聪认为治疗妇科痛证,注重病机,明辨虚实,临证重视调肝,养血柔肝,理气止痛,调理冲任。并遵月经生理特点与气血阴阳消长转化分期调治,经前治实,经后补虚,临床疗效显著。其诊疗思路和用药经验颇具特色,有重要的借鉴意义。Gynecological pain syndrome occurs in lower abdomen,with the uterus as the center.It is the part along Jueyin,Shaoyin,Chongren and Renren meridians.It is responsible for“no obstruction,no pain;no vigour,no pain”.It has multiple causes,and the deficiency and excess are mixed.It belongs to gynecological difficult and miscellaneous diseases.XIE Decong believes that in the treatment of gynecological pain syndrome,we should pay attention to the pathogenesis,distinguish between deficiency and excess,pay attention to regulating iver,nourishing blood and softening liver,regulating Qi and relieving pain,and regulating Chongren.According to the physiological characteristics of menstruation and the transformation of the ebb and flow of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,it can be adjusted by stages,and the clinical effect is remarkable.Its diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience are quite distinctive,and have important reference significance.
