炙甘草汤加减对甲亢合并房颤患者心功能的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 该研究旨在探讨炙甘草汤加减对甲亢合并房颤患者心功能的疗效。方法 以自2015年1月—2019年6月于该院诊治的200例甲亢合并房颤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各100例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予炙甘草汤加减治疗。观察两组治疗前、后中医证候积分、心功能、血清学指标,统计疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗前,两组中医证候评分、心功能、血清学指标比较(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分、心功能、血清学指标均较治疗前改善明显,与对照组相比,研究组疗效、中医证候评分、心功能、血清学指标及不良反应改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 炙甘草汤加减能够有效改善甲亢合并房颤患者心功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective This study aims to explore the effect of Modified Zhigancao Decoction(炙甘草汤加减)on the heart function of patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 200 patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2015 to June 2021 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group with 100 cases in each by a random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment.The study group was given Modified Zhigancao Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,cardiac function and serological indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the curative effect and the adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,cardiac function and serological indexes of the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,cardiac function and serological indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and compared with those of the control group,the efficacy,TCM syndrome score,cardiac function,serological indicators and adverse reactions of the study group improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhigancao Decoction can effectively improve the heart function of patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation,and the effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
