甘草泻心汤加减联合毫针治疗颜面部痤疮对皮损积分及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨甘草泻心汤加减联合毫针治疗颜面部痤疮对皮损积分及免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年7月在该院接受治疗的颜面部痤疮患者,按照随机信封法分为两组,对照组117例,给予毫针治疗,观察组115例,给予甘草泻心汤加减+毫针治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、中医症状积分、皮损面积、免疫功能与生活质量。结果 干预3个月后观察组治疗总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组丘疹、红斑、肿胀与瘙痒症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组皮损面积小于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)、T细胞亚群CD_(3)^(+)与CD_(8)^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后观察组痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-QOL)评分大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甘草泻心汤加减联合毫针治疗颜面部痤疮可提高治疗效果,改善中医症状,促进皮损消退,增强机体免疫力,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of Modified Gancao Xiexin decoction(甘草泻心汤加减)combined with filiform needle in treating facial acne on skin lesion score and immune function.Methods A total of 232 patients with facial acne who received treatment in the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random envelope method,including control group(117 cases,filiform needle therapy)and observation group(115 cases,Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction and filiform needle therapy).The treatment effect,scores of TCM symptoms,skin lesion area,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 3 months of intervention,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms such as papules,erythema,swelling and itching in the observation group after 3 months of intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the levels of natural killer T cell(NKT)and T cell subsets CD_(3)^(+) and CD_(8)^(+) were higher in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of aspects of acne-specific quality of life questionnaire(acne-QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with filiform needle can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the TCM symptoms,promote skin lesion subsidence,increase the body’s immunity and enhance the quality of life of patients in the treatment of facial acne.
