快速康复外科护理在老年微创胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科护理在老年微创胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院行微创胆囊切除术的患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后24 h,两组肾上腺素、皮质醇水平高于术前30 min,但研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:快速康复外科护理在老年微创胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可促进患者康复,减轻应激反应,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with minimally invasive cholecystectomy.Methods:Sixty-four patients who underwent minimally invasive cholecystectomy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with thirty-two cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first eating time and the first getting out of bed time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);24 h after operation,the levels of adrenaline and cortisol in two groups were higher than those 30 min before operation,but the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with minimally invasive cholecystectomy is remarkable,which can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the stress reaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
