脂肪乳联合碳酸氢钠治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒的临床效果

摘　　要：目的浅析重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者采用脂肪乳联合碳酸氢钠治疗的效果与安全性。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者60例,按照数字随机抽签法分为两组,对照组采用基础治疗;观察组采用脂肪乳联合碳酸氢钠治疗,对比临床疗效。结果观察组患者在机械通气时间、住院时间上短于对照组,P<0.05;在对比患者的胆碱酯酶活力,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;在动脉血pH以及HCO_(3)^(-)水平对比中,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。在心肌酶学指标(cTnI、CK-MB,LDH,AST)对比中,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者实施脂肪乳联合碳酸氢钠治疗效果显著,在一定程度上有助于患者早日康复,帮助患者尽快从危险状态中解脱出来,另外,有助于提高胆碱酯酶活力,为临床诊治疾病提供可行方案。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of fat emulsion combined with sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital,There are 2 groups according to the numerical random lottery method,and the control group received basic treatment;The observation group was treated with fat emulsion combined with sodium bicarbonate,and the clinical effect was compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,P<0.05;The cholinesterase activity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum pH and HCO_(3)^(-) levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The myocardial enzymology indexes(cTnI,CK-MB,LDH,AST)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of severe acute patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has significant effect,to some extent,it helps patients recover soon,help patients free from the dangerous state as soon as possible,in addition,it helps to improve the vitality of cholinesterase,and provide feasible plans for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
