分级护理管理模式在肝胆外科护理中的价值

摘　　要：目的研讨分级护理管理模式在肝胆外科护理中的价值。方法选择200例在我院肝胆外科接受治疗的患者,入院时间为2022年1月至2023年12月,采用双盲法将其分成对照组与试验组,每组100例,两组患者分别采用常规护理管理以及分级护理管理,对比试验组与对照组护理质量(宣教评分、护理记录评分、病房评分及护理操作评分)、护理满意度、不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者宣教评分、护理记录评分、病房评分及护理操作评分数值比对照组数值更高(P<0.05);试验组总满意度数值比对照组数值更高,97.50%vs.80.00%(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,试验组数值比对照组数值更低,2.50%vs.15.00%(P<0.05)。结论将分级护理管理模式运用于肝胆外科护理,可改善护理质量及护理满意度,降低患者不良反应的发生率。Objective To explore the value of graded nursing management model in liver and gallbladder surgery nursing.Methods A total of 200 patients who received treatment in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of our hospital and those who were admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a double-blind method,with 100 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with routine nursing management and graded nursing management,respectively.The double-blind nursing related scores(education score,nursing record score,ward score,and nursing operation score),nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results In the open unblinding with third-party participation,the experimental group's patient education score,nursing record score,ward score,and nursing operation score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with 97.50%vs.80.00%(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a difference of 2.50%vs.15.00%(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying the graded nursing management model to liver and gallbladder surgery nursing can improve nursing quality and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
