职业损伤对手术室护理人员的影响及防护对策

摘　　要：在手术室护理工作中存在许多威胁护理人员的职业损伤,主要包括物理性、化学性、生物性以及生理和心理方面的职业损伤。本文通过这些损伤对手术室护理人员造成的影响进行总结分析,并提出相对应的对策,加强护理职业安全教育,提高安全防范意识,从而达到降低护理人员职业性疾病的发生率。出现职业暴露及时按流程进行处置,采取相应的补救措施并及时上报,降低职业暴露对护理人员产生的伤害。There are many occupational injuries that threaten nursing staff in the operating room nursing work,mainly including physical,chemical,biological,as well as physiological and psychological occupational injuries.This paper summarizes and analyzes the impact of these injuries on nursing staff in the operating room,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to strengthen nursing occupational safety education and improve safety awareness,so as to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases among nursing staff..Promptly handle occupational exposure according to procedures,take corresponding remedial measures,and report in a timely manner to reduce the harm caused to nursing staff by occupational exposure.
