硝苯地平联合依那普利在老年高血压病患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究硝苯地平联合依那普利在老年高血压病患者治疗中的应用效果。方法将2021年6月至2023年5月本院收治的86例老年高血压病患者纳入研究,通过双盲法抽签方式分为试验组与对照组,每组43例。对照组应用硝苯地平治疗,试验组应用硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗,对比两组血压水平、生活质量和不良反应发生率。结果干预后,两组患者的血压水平均降低,且试验组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在治疗后阶段,两组生理功能、心理功能、社交功能和环境功能等生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压效果显著,可有效稳定患者高血压水平,提升其生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective Exploring the effect of nifedipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive diseases.Methods Eighty-six cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were included in the study,and were divided into the test group and the control group by double-blind method of drawing lots,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the experimental group was treated with nifedipine combined with enalapril,comparing the blood pressure levels,quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After the intervention,blood pressure levels were reduced in both groups,and Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05);at the posttreatment stage,the quality of life scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function,and environmental function of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of nifedipine and enalapril has a significant therapeutic effect on elderly hypertension,which can effectively stabilize the patient's hypertension level,improve their quality of life,and is relatively safe.
