循证护理模式用于心血管内科经股动脉穿刺介入围手术期护理的价值

摘　　要：目的分析围手术期护理心内科经股动脉穿刺介入患者中循证护理的应用价值。方法选取2022年10月至2023年9月我院心内科患者80例,均行经股动脉穿刺介入术,根据护理模式分组,其中循证护理40例为观察组,常规护理40例为对照组,比较两组预后情况、患者满意度与依从性。结果两组并发症情况比较,观察组出血、血肿、瘀斑、水泡并发症发生率均低于对照组,观察组半年内再入院发生率较低(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度和治疗依从性均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论心内科患者经股动脉穿刺介入治疗中,循证护理实施效果较好,有利于预防并发症,改善预后,提高患者满意度和依从性。Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with femoral artery puncture intervention in cardiology department during perioperative nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients in the Department of Cardiology from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent femoral artery puncture intervention.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode,including 40 cases of evidence-based nursing as observation group and 40 cases of routine nursing as control group.The prognosis,patient satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the two groups,the incidence of complications of hemorrhage,hematoma,ecchymosis and blisters in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of re-admission in half a year was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of evidence-based nursing is good in the interventional treatment of patients with femoral artery puncture in the department of cardiology,which is conducive to preventing complications,improving prognosis,and improving patient satisfaction and compliance.
