全程护理干预对预防冠脉介入诊疗术后拔鞘并发迷走神经反射的干预效果  

Exploring the Effect of Implementing Full Process Nursing Intervention on Preventing Vagus Reflex After Coronary Intervention Diagnosis and Treatment

摘　　要：目的探讨实施全程护理干预对预防冠状动脉介入诊疗术后拔鞘并发迷走神经反射的干预效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2022年10月至2023年10月于我院行冠状动脉介入诊疗的患者200例分为两组,各100例。采用常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,采用全程护理干预的患者纳入观察组。两组患者均干预至出院。比较两组血管迷走神经反射发生率、负面情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[诺丁汉健康量表(HNP)]和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组血管迷走神经反射发生率较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分均较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组干预后躯体活动、疼痛、情感反应、社会生活、睡眠、精力评分较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组出院时护患沟通、操作水平、病房环境、患者感受评分较高(P<0.05)。结论对行冠状动脉介入诊疗的患者实施全程护理干预能够有效预防和减少血管迷走神经反射的发生率,并利于减轻患者负面情绪,从而促进患者的生活质量和护理满意度的提高。Objective To explore the effect of implementing full process nursing intervention on preventing vagus nerve reflex after coronary intervention diagnosis and treatment.Methods According to the random number table method,200 patients who underwent coronary intervention diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received full course nursing intervention.Both groups of patients were intervened until discharge.Compare the incidence of vasovagal reflex,negative emotions[Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],quality of life[Nottingham Health Scale(HNP)],and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of vasovagal reflex in the observation group was lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower negative emotional scores after intervention(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower quality of life score after intervention(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction score at discharge(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing coronary intervention can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of vasovagal reflex,alleviate negative emotions,and promote the improvement of patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
