护理指引在儿童麻腮风疫苗接种护理中的作用及对其不良反应发生率与依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析护理指引在儿童麻腮风疫苗接种护理中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月我院进行麻腮风疫苗接种的儿童100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施护理指引,比较两组依从性、不良反应发生率以及家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组总依从率以及家属对护理工作的总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组皮疹、接种部位红肿以及发热等不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理指引对儿童麻腮风疫苗接种依从性提升、不良反应减少以及家属对护理工作的满意度的提高等均可产生积极影响。Objective To analyze the application effect and value of nursing guidelines in the care of children receiving mumps vaccine.Methods A total of 100 children who received the mumps vaccine in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,Observation group implemented nursing guidelines.The compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction of family members with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate and the total satisfaction of family members to nursing work in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of rash,swelling and fever in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing guidelines have a positive impact on improving children's compliance with the mumps vaccine,reducing adverse reactions,and increasing family satisfaction with nursing work.
