护理干预在预防神经外科重症监护患者下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析针对神经外科重症监护患者采用规范化护理干预的效果,以及预防下肢深静脉血栓的作用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月收治的神经外科重症监护患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用规范化护理干预,对比临床疗效。结果观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理后凝血功能在凝血酶原时间,血浆凝血酶原时间和D-2聚体的指标上均高于对照组,P<0.05。此外,对比患者护理满意度,观察组患者在护理态度、管理规范、操作技术及心理护理方面评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对神经外科重症监护患者实施规范化护理干预的效果显著,有助于预防下肢深静脉血栓,提升患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized nursing intervention in neurosurgical intensive care patients and the effect of preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods A total of 80 neurosurgical intensive care patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group was treated with basic nursing,and the observation group was treated with standardized nursing intervention.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05,and there was a significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing,and the comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.In addition,the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction,and the comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions The implementation of standardized nursing intervention for neurosurgical intensive care patients has a significant effect,which is helpful to prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
