摘　　要：苏里格南作业分公司(以下简称苏南公司)于2012年正式成立,是中国石油陆上首个由中方担任作业者的对外合作项目。在“一带一路”陆上起点的西安,中国石油与国际能源公司道达尔能源公司深度合作的苏南项目经过十多年的深耕与实践,已成为“一带一路”传播中国文化的“窗口”。As a model of inter-national cooperation of CNPC,the project can learn from and integrate innovation from management ideas,organizational structure,personnel allocation,work process,investment planning,production and operation,enterprise culture and other comprehensive aspects,effectively providing reference for other local and foreign cooperation projects of CNPC.
