摘 要:以浙江省第十八届大学生结构设计竞赛“输电塔结构设计与模型制作”赛题为背景,研究输电塔结构在断线动力载荷下的受力和结构选型。方案阶段对比分析了不同结构选型的优劣;融入减隔振理念进行设计:头部与主体脱开并巧妙设置圆形压槽轨道作为减隔振装置,通过头部沿轨道转动摩擦耗能减振,独具创新性。经试验验证,并结合解析计算与SAP2000软件电算分析,得到圆形轨道减隔振装置可有效减少结构的断线动力效应、提高主体结构的安全储备的结论;旨在为类似竞赛模型和相关实际工程提供实践和理论意义上的经验指导。With the title of“Transmission tower structural design and model production”in the 18th Zhejiang Province College Student Structural Design Competition as the background,this paper studies the force and structure form selection of transmission tower structure under the dynamic load of broken wire.In the scheme stage,the advantages and disadvantages of different structures are analyzed;and the concept of vibration mitigation and isolation is integrated for design:the head and the main body are detached and the circular pressure groove orbit is cleverly set as the vibration isolation device,energy dissipation and vibration mitigation by rotating the head along the track for friction,which is innovative.Through the experimental verification,combined with analytical calculation and SAP2000 software calculation analysis,it is concluded that the circular orbit vibration mitigation and isolation device can effectively reduce the dynamic effect of the structure and improve the safety reserve of the main structure.The purpose is to provide practical and theoretical experience guidance for similar competition models and related practical projects.
