摘　　要：市面上的贴身保暖内衣种类繁多,功能多以保暖透气抗起球抗静电为主,抗菌功能多用在多汗的夏季内衣,且以抗菌剂或金属离子居多。为满足人们春秋冬三季对内衣的功能需求,设计开发了保暖内衣3件套装。采用艾草提取物添加到纤维素纤维纺丝液中纺制而成的新型艾草纤维为原料,合理搭配抗起球再生腈纶和黏胶纤维,使各纤维的性能优势互补,充分发挥面料的抗菌性、保暖性、吸湿透气性、抗起球性、抗静电等功能。开发的多功能保暖内衣运用随心裁修身的版型设计,四针六线的缝制工艺设计,穿着舒适,无束缚感和压力,满足了人们追求舒适健康的需求,且生产过程符合绿色环保要求。There are many kinds of close-fit thermal underwear on the market,and the functions are mainly warm,breathable,anti-pilling and anti-static,and the antibacterial function is mainly used in sweating summer underwear,and the antibacterial agent or metal ion is mostly.In order to meet people’s functional needs for underwear in spring and winter,three sets of thermal underwear were designed and developed.The new wormwood fiber,which is spun by wormwood extract added to cellulose fiber spinning solution,is used as raw material.It is reasonably combined with anti-pilling recycled acrylic fiber and viscose fiber,so that the performance advantages of each fiber are complementary,and the functions of the fabric such as antibacterial,heat retaining,moisture absorption,antipilling and anti-static are fully brought into play.The developed multi-functional thermal underwear uses the version design of free cutting and slimming,and the sewing process design of four needles and six threads,making it comfortable to wear without bondage and pressure.It meets the needs of people pursuing comfort and health,and the production process meets the requirements of green environmental protection.
