大圆机针织物横条问题影响因素分析

摘　　要：造成大圆机针织物横条疵点问题的因素较为复杂,文章系统总结分析这些因素对工厂生产中解决具体的横路问题具有非常实用的指导意义。文章从针织织物横条疵点产生的原因分析,并着重从工厂组织毛坯生产时大圆机的设备状态、上机调试、原料特性3个方面探讨针织物横条的影响因素,据此提出大圆机日常生产中的几点合理化建议和解决思路,能有效降低整体横路疵品率,提高产品质量和经济效益。There are many complicated factors that cause the problem of horizontal line on circular knitting machines.It is of great practical significance to systematically summarize and analyze these factors to solve the specific horizontal problems in factory production.This article analyzes the causes of horizontal defects in knitted fabrics,and focuses on exploring the influencing factors of horizontal line from three aspects:the status of circular knitting machine equipment,machine setting and raw material property when the factory arranges the greige production.Based on these,some reasonable suggestions and solutions are given on daily production with circular knitting machines,which can effectively reduce the overall ratio of defective products on the horizontal line,improve product quality and economic benefits.
