摘 要:张宣科技氢冶金技术HyMEX以H 2含量60%的焦炉煤气为气源,成为全球首创的“焦炉煤气零重整竖炉直接还原”工艺技术,该技术的核心是焦炉煤气零重整工艺,入炉工艺气H 2含量超过以天然气为气源的Midrex和HYL/Energiron工艺,使气基直接还原转变成以氢为主的氢基直接还原,推动了我国钢铁行业由“碳冶金”向“氢冶金”转变。为提高氢基竖炉产量,降低能耗,从生产过程中出现的问题和影响球团矿还原的各个环节及能量利用效率等角度出发,探究了提产降耗措施。通过降低球团矿成分标准偏差、改善球团矿粒级组成、改善球团矿涂覆效果,提升球团质量;将工艺气入竖炉温度提高到1030℃;通过降低还原循环气体氧化度、尾气分流、补充焦炉煤气、增加加湿操作,优化调控竖炉内还原气氛;提高尾气利用率及作业率等措施,实现了提产300 t/d、焦炉煤气单耗降低133 Nm^(3)/h的目标,为后续进一步提产降耗奠定了坚实的基础。HyMEX hydrogen metallurgy technology of Zhangxuan Technology uses 60%H 2 content coke oven gas as the gas source and becoming the world's first"coke oven gas zero reforming shaft furnace direct reduction"process technology.The core of this technology is the zero reforming process of coke oven gas,the content of H 2 in the process gas exceeds that of Midrex and HYL/Energiron processes using natural gas as gas source.The transformation of gas-based direct reduction into hydrogen-based direct reduction has promoted the transformation of China's iron and steel industry from"carbon metallurgy"to"hydrogen metallurgy".In order to increase the output of hydrogen-based shaft furnace and reduce the energy consumption,the measures to increase the output and reduce the energy consumption were explored from the perspectives of the problems in the production process,the links that affect the reduction of pellets and the energy utilization efficiency.The quality of pellets is improved by reducing the standard deviation of pellet composition,improving pellet grade composition and improving pellet coating effect.The temperature of process gas into shaft furnace is raised to 1030℃.The reducing atmosphere in shaft furnace is optimized by reducing the oxidation degree of reducing gas,diverting the tail gas,supplementing coke oven gas and increasing humidification operation.The utilization rate of tail gas and operation rate were improved,and the production was increased by 300 t/d and the unit gas consumption of coke oven was reduced by 133 Nm^(3)/h,which laid a solid foundation for further production and consumption reduction.
