摘 要:杂质对于燃气轮机压气机的运行会形成较多的不利因素,严重的会威胁到压气机的运行环境。为此提出对燃气轮机压气机进气滤网高压差原因分析及解决对策。简述了燃气轮机压气机运行及性能,从自清反吹系统失灵,杂物、污染物过多以及滤网材料、结构问题等3个方面,对进气滤网出现高压差原因进行分析。针对原因对其进行多层级控制空气流量,定期清洗、更换滤网,自清反吹系统周期性维护。在此基础之上,设定优化压气机材料和结构,并采用安装自适应实时高压差报警设备来进行高压差的控制巩固,稳定燃气轮机压气机的运行环境,延长使用寿命。Impurities can form many adverse factors for the operation of gas turbine compressors,and in severe cases,they can even directly threaten the operating environment of the compressor.To this end,an analysis of the reasons for the high-pressure difference in the intake filter of the gas turbine compressor and corresponding solutions are proposed.Based on current requirements,first,briefly describe the operation and performance of gas turbine compressors,and analyze the reasons for the high-pressure difference in the intake filter screen in response to three issues:failure of the self-cleaning backflow system,excessive debris,pollutants,and filter material structure problems.Based on the issues mentioned above,first control the air flow rate at multiple levels,regularly clean and replace the filter screen,and perform periodic maintenance on the self-cleaning backwash system.On this basis,optimize the material and structure of the compressor,and ultimately adopt the installation of adaptive real-time high-pressure differential alarm equipment to control and consolidate the high-pressure differential,stabilize the operating environment of the gas turbine compressor,and extend its service life.
