摘  要:针对饱和核态池沸腾传热的数值模拟,本文发展了一种基于守恒型Allen-Cahn方程和自适应正交网格的相场格子Boltzmann模型,通过相变源项的引入处理气液相变问题,自适应正交网格可保证相界面的捕捉精度且提高计算效率。首先通过模拟一维气液两相Stefan问题验证了该模型的可靠性,接着模拟了单气泡核态沸腾,并与经验关联式的结果做了对比,最后探究了加热面润湿性对饱和核态池沸腾传热的影响。Aiming at the numerical simulation of boiling heat transfer in saturated nucleated pool,a phase-field Lattice Boltzmann model based on the conservative Allen-Cahn equation and adaptive orthogonal mesh is developed in this paper. With the introduction of phase transition source term,the gas-liquid phase change problem can be solved and the adaptive orthogonal mesh ensures the accuracy of capturing the phase interface and improves the computational efficiency. In this paper,firstly, the reliability of the model is verified by simulating the one-dimensional gas-liquid phase Stefan problem, and then the single bubble nucleate boiling is simulated, the results are compared with the empirical correlation. Finally, the influence of the wettability of the heating surface on the heat transfer of the saturated nucleate pool boiling is investigated.
