摘　　要：You initially moved your Hualien broadcasting activities to Taichung before moving to Taipei.Why was that?Well,Taichung was where a lot of people and a lot of the media were.it made more sense to rent a space there,which we did.Originally,our operations had been directed from Chicago,but,in those days,decisions took so long to get made that we decided to become independent.In radio and TV production,you need to be able to adjust and move quickly.
