摘 要:为研究温度、Cl-浓度及流速对L360M管线钢在饱和CO_(2)环境中的腐蚀行为的影响,采用室内挂片失重试验设计正交实验方案,通过集热式磁力搅拌器进行动态模拟试验,并根据正交实验结果选取主控因素进行单因素实验并开展电化学实验。结果表明:各因素对L360M管线钢在饱和CO_(2)环境中的腐蚀速率的影响按大小排序如下:温度>Cl-浓度>流速。随着温度的升高,腐蚀速率先增大后减小。腐蚀产物膜对金属基体的保护作用与膜层的致密性、覆盖度、稳定性有关。In order to investigate the influence of temperature,Cl-concentration and flow rate on the corrosion behavior of L360M pipeline steel in saturated CO_(2)environment,an orthogonal test scheme was designed using the indoor coupon weight loss test method.Meanwhile,dynamic simulation tests were conducted using a collector type magnetic stirrer.Based on the results of orthogonal experiments,the main control factor was selected for single factor experiments and conducting electrochemical experiments.Results showed that the degree of influence of each factor on the corrosion rate of L360M pipeline steel in saturated CO_(2)environment was in the order of temperature>Cl concentration>flow rate.The effect of temperature on corrosion rate first increased and then decreased.Besides,the protective effect of corrosion product film on the metal substrate was related to the density,coverage and stability of the film layer.
