摘　　要：爲集中展示最高人民法院知識産權法庭茌技術類知識産權和饞断案件中的司法理念、審理思路和裁判方法,法庭從2023年審結的4562件案件中篩選96件案件,提煉104條要旨,形成《最高人民法院知識産權法庭裁判要旨摘要(2023)》,現予發佈,供社會各界研究和參考。In order to demonstrate the judicial philosophy,rationale,and judgment methods of the IP Court of the Supreme People's Court in the trial of technology-related IP cases and monopoly cases,the IP Court selected 96 typical cases from 4,562 cases concluded in2023,and summarized 104 rules therefrom.The Judgment Essentials(2023)are hereby issued for research and reference to all sectors of the society.
