肌内效贴联合皮内针对肩袖损伤后肩关节夜间疼痛及活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肌内效贴联合皮内针对肩袖损伤后肩关节夜间疼痛及活动度的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法60例患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组予口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组选择肌内效贴联合皮内针治疗。观察比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、美国加州大学(UCLA)肩关节评分系统、肩关节活动度变化情况。结果两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后肩关节活动量表评分与治疗前比较,均升高(均P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后肩关节活动度情况除前屈外其余方向活动较治疗前有所降低,但差别比较均不大(均P>0.05)。观察组治疗后前屈、外展、后伸、外旋情况与治疗前比较均改善且均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合皮内针可有效改善肩袖损伤后夜间疼痛及关节活动度。Objective:To observe the influence of kinesio taping combined with intradermal needles on night pain and range of motion in the shoulder joint following rotator cuff injury,and to explore its underlying mecha⁃nism.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 pa⁃tients in each.The control group received oral Celecoxib capsules,while the observation group underwent treat⁃ment with a combination of kinesio taping and intradermal needling.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)Shoulder Rating Scale scores,and changes in shoulder joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups exhibited decreased VAS scores compared with before treatment,with the observation group showing greater improvements than the control group(all P<0.05).Both groups had increased UCLA shoulder scores compared with before treatment(all P<0.05),with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Except for flexion,other direc⁃tions of shoulder joint motion in the control group slightly decreased after treatment compared with before treat⁃ment,but these differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).In the observation group,improvements in flexion,abduction,extension,and external rotation were observed compared with pre-treatment,and these im⁃provements surpassed those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Kinesio taping combined with intra⁃dermal needling effectively alleviates night pain and enhances the range of motion in the shoulder joint after rota⁃tor cuff injury.
