摘　　要：糖尿病是一种由复杂因素导致的、机体出现诸多代谢紊乱的疾病,属于中医学中的“消渴”范畴,“木郁”首见于《黄帝内经》,“木郁”推及五脏病理即为“肝郁”之义。该文对“木郁”理论进行浅析,并且阐明“木郁”是糖尿病发生发展的重要病机,即糖尿病的始动因素为木郁、发展因素为木郁化火和后期因素为肝虚。探讨糖尿病与肝的密切关系,从肝入手应用疏肝、清肝、养肝、调肝等多种治法,改善糖尿病患者的生活质量,揭示基于“木郁”理论圆机活法辨治糖尿病的重要性,对于中医药治疗糖尿病及其并发症提供新的思路。Diabetes is a disease caused by complex factors and with many metabolic disorders in the body.It belongs to the category of“Xiao Ke”in traditional Chinese medicine.“Wood stagnation”was first seen in“Huangdi Neijing”.“Wood stagnation”is extended to the pathology of the five internal organs,which means“liver stagnation”.This article briefly analyzes the theory of“wood stagnation”and clarifies that“wood stagnation”is an important pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of diabetes,that is,the initiating factor of diabetes is wood stagnation,the development factor is wood stagnation turning into fire,and the late factor is liver deficiency.The close relationship between diabetes and liver is explored,and various treatment methods such as soothing the liver,clearing the liver,nourishing the liver,and regulating the liver are applied from the liver to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients.The importance of the“wood stagnation”theory and the circular mechanism activation method for the treatment of diabetes is revealed,which provides new ideas for the treatment of diabetes and its complications with traditional Chinese medicine.
