浅谈铍针疗法及其临床应用

摘　　要：铍针为《灵枢·九针十二原》中“九针”的一种。当代医家黄荣发、董福慧、刘春山等,继承传统的铍针疗法,改进针具,创立了现代铍针疗法。其中,黄荣发恪守传统的针刺理论,以铍针针刺穴位,并辅以拔罐、按抚,创立铍针综合疗法。董福慧的“皮神经卡压”、刘春山的“解结”理论问世,将传统的铍针疗法与现代医学融会贯通。现代铍针在减张解压止痛、抑制致痛因子释放、影响肌电传导等方面发挥重要作用,在临床应用中疗效显著。该文梳理铍针疗法源流,总结了近现代铍针针具变革以及作用机理,为今后进一步扩大铍针治疗的适应症,进行规范的临床研究提供依据。The Beryllium needle is one of the“Nine needles”in“Ling Shu·nine needles and twelve Source”.Contemporary physicians such as Huang Rongfa,Dong Fuhui,Liu Chunshan,Following the tradition of beryllium needle therapy,Improved Needles,Created the modern beryllium needle therapy.Huang Rongfa abided by the traditional acupuncture theory,Acupuncture points with beryllium needles,With cupping and caressing,Create beryllium needle comprehensive therapy.Dong fuhui’s“Cutaneous nerve compression”,Liu Chunshan's theory of“Disentanglement”came out,The traditional therapy of beryllium needle is combined with modern medicine.Modern beryllium needles play an important role in relieving tension,relieving tension and relieving pain,inhibiting the release of pain-causing factors,and influencing myoelectric conduction,In clinical application,the curative effect is remarkable.This article combs the origin and development of beryllium needle therapy,To summarize the innovation of modern beryllium needle and needle,And the results of clinical research,The purpose of this study was to provide basis for clinical study of modern beryllium needle therapy.
