摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮,又称酒渣鼻,是发生于面中部的慢性炎症性皮肤病,严重影响患者身心健康。张西俭教授遵循“脉诊为先、四诊合参”的临床诊疗路线,形成“西俭脉学”临床技术特色,通过脉象气变缜密分析病机结构,从“引火归原、导龙入海”和“补脾胃、泻阴火”入手治疗,切中玫瑰痤疮病机,疗效确切,为难治性玫瑰痤疮提供了一条经临床验证可行之路。Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs in the middle of the face and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Professor Zhang Xijian follows the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic pattern of“Pulse diagnosis first,four diagnoses combined followed”,and forms the clinical technical line of“Xijian Pulse Study”that analyzes the pathogenesis structure through the changes of Pulse Qi.It is effective to treat rosacea from the aspects of“returning fire to the origin,guiding dragon to the sea”and“tonifying Spleen and Stomach,purging yin and fire”,thus it provides a feasible method for the treatment of refractory rosacea.
