摘　　要：介绍岭南黄氏妇科黄健玲教授治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验。黄健玲教授认为肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的病机以肾虚为本,痰湿为标,主要治法为健脾补肾、导痰活血、调经种子。临床上需结合患者自身情况,辨证论治,针药并用,中西结合,加上预防调护,使效如桴鼓。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Huang Jianling in the treatment of obese polycystic ova-ry syndrome(PCOS).Professor Huang Jianling believed that the pathogenesis of obese polycystic ovary syndrome was based on kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness as the standard,and the main treatment was to strengthen spleen and kidney,promote phlegm and blood circulation,and regulate menstrual seeds.Clinical need to combine the patient's own situation,syndrome differ-entiation and treatment,acupuncture and medicine,the combination of Chinese and Western,coupled with prevention and care,so that the effect such as cell drum.
