摘 要:目的:观察“血站-医院”信息管理系统在采供血质量管理中的应用效果。方法:血站于2022年1月建立并实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统。选取2021年1—12月10名血站工作人员、100名献血者以及2022年1—12月10名血站工作人员、100名献血者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,比较实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统前后血站采供血量,工作人员理论知识评分、操作技能评分,献血者献血满意度评分,采供血差错发生率,以及采供血血液合格率。结果:实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统后,血站采血总量增长11.26%,供血总量增长12.76%,单采血小板增长28.49%,红细胞增长9.62%,血浆增长12.41%,冷沉淀增长1.05%;实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统后,血站工作人员理论知识评分、操作技能评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统后,献血者献血满意度评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统后,采供血差错发生率为2.00%,明显低于实施前的9.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施“血站-医院”信息管理系统后,采供血血液合格率为100.00%,明显高于实施前的95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“血站-医院”信息管理系统用于采供血质量管理中可提高血站采供血量、工作人员理论知识评分、工作人员操作技能评分、献血者献血满意度评分和血液合格率,降低采供血差错发生率。Objective:To observe application effects of“blood bank-hospital”information management system in quality management of blood collection and supply.Methods:The blood bank established and implemented the“blood bank-hospital”information management system in January 2022.10 blood bank staff and 100 blood donors from January to December 2021 and 10 blood bank staff and 100 blood donors from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The blood collection and supply volume of blood banks,the theoretical knowledge score and the operation skill score of the staff,the blood donation satisfaction score of the blood donors,the blood collection and supply error rate,and the qualified rate of blood collection and supply were compared before and after the implementation of the“blood bank-hospital”information management system.Results:After the implementation of the“blood bank-hospital”information management system,the total amount of blood collection in the blood bank increased by 11.26%,the total amount of blood supply increased by 12.76%,the single donor platelets increased by 28.49%,the red blood cell increased by 9.62%,the plasma increased by 12.41%,and the cryoprecipitate increased by 1.05%.After the implementation of the“blood bankhospital”information management system,the theoretical knowledge score and the operation skill score of the blood bank staff were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the“blood bank-hospital”information management system,the satisfaction score of blood donors was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the“blood bank-hospital”information management system,the blood collection and supply error rate was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 9.00%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the implementation of the’
