高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级患者的效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2022年11月该院收治的82例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各41例。对照组给予冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗,研究组给予高频电波刀手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、手术相关指标水平和并发症发生率。结果:两组治愈率、残留率、复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、宫颈愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级患者的效果相当,但高频电波刀手术治疗降低手术相关指标水平和并发症发生率的效果优于冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗。Objective:To compare effects of high frequency radiosurgical knife surgery and cold knife cervical conization in treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with grade Ⅲ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to November 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife cervical conization,while the study group was treated with high frequency radiosurgical knife surgery.The therapeutic effect,the levels of surgical related indicators,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the cure rate,residual rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group;the operation time,cervical healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:High-frequency radiosurgical knife surgery and cold knife cervical conization have the same therapeutic effects in the treatment of the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ,but the former can reduce the levels of surgical related indicators and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to cold knife cervical conization.
