摘  要:钙离子通道参与心肌细胞动作电位的形成,钙离子转运异常可导致钙稳态失衡,从而引起心律失常,其中心房颤动较常见。心房颤动的发病机制错综复杂,钙稳态失衡在心房颤动触发和维持中发挥关键作用。目前关于钙离子抑制剂的研究已取得一定进展,与钙离子通道相关的基因和因子的研究为心房颤动的治疗提供了新方向。阐明钙离子通道与心房颤动的相关性及作用机制,可以为针对心房颤动药物的研发和靶基因的治疗提供新思路。Calcium channels participate in the formation of action potential in cardiomyocytes,and abnormal calcium ion transport can lead to an imbalance of calcium homeostasis,resulting in arrhythmia,with atrial fibrillation more commonly seen.The pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation is complex,and calcium homeostasis imbalance plays a crucial role in triggering and maintaining atrial fibrillation.At present,research on calcium ion inhibitors has made certain progress,and the study of genes and factors related to calcium ion channels provides a new direction for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Clarifying the correlation between calcium ion channels and atrial fibrillation and the mechanism of action can provide new ideas for the development of drugs targeting atrial fibrillation and the treatment of target genes.
