摘  要:中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞在特定情况下释放的一种纤维网状结构,其能诱捕并杀死人体内微生物,具有强大的抗微生物特性。但NETs的成分又可能作为自身抗原在各种炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病中起关键作用,同时与血小板相互作用,在心血管疾病、血栓性疾病和重症感染导致的凝血异常中起关键作用,瓜氨酸化组蛋白H3(H3Cit)是NETs的主要成分之一,其在多种疾病中表达水平增高,并可能通过改变内皮细胞骨架蛋白的重构影响细胞功能。因此,H3Cit可能是NETs引起自身免疫性疾病的重要成分,但其引起组织免疫性损伤的具体作用机制尚未明确,未来需进一步研究。Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs),are a fibrous network structure released by neutrophils under specific conditions,which can trap and kill microorganisms in the human body,and have strong antimicrobial properties.However,the components of NETs may also play a key role as autoantigens in various inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases,while interacting with platelets and play a key role in coagulation abnormalities caused by cardiovascular diseases,thrombotic diseases,and severe infections.Citrullinated histone H3(H3Cit)is one of the main components of NETs,which is upregulated in various diseases and may affect cellular function by altering the remodeling of endothelial cytoskeletal proteins.Therefore,H3Cit may be an important component of NETs causing autoimmune diseases,but the specific mechanism by which it causes tissue immune damage is not yet clear,and further research is needed in the future.
