摘　　要：随着分子生物学和药物化学的迅速发展,医药研究领域中天然产物及其衍生物作为治疗剂的开发受到极大关注。异土木香内酯及其衍生物具有独特的药理活性,在自噬、免疫、抗炎、抗菌及抗肿瘤等方面具有多重药用价值,尤其在抗肿瘤领域展现出潜在的应用前景。然而,异土木香内酯及其衍生物的具体药理机制和临床应用潜力尚未被充分揭示。未来,深入探讨异土木香内酯及其衍生物的药理机制有助于更好地评估其临床应用的可能性。With the rapid development of molecular biology and pharmaceutical chemistry,the development of natural products and their derivatives as therapeutic agents in the field of pharmaceutical research has received great attention.Isoalantolactone and its derivatives have unique pharmacological activities and multiple medicinal values in autophagy,immunity,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and anti-tumor fields,especially showing potential application prospects in the field of anti-tumor.However,the specific pharmacological mechanisms and clinical application potential of isoalantolactone and its derivatives have not been fully revealed.In the future,in-depth exploration of the pharmacological mechanisms of isoalantolactone and its derivatives will help to better evaluate their clinical potential.
