摘  要:纤维化会导致脏器功能衰竭甚至造成患者死亡,严重危害人类的健康,是目前医学领域研究的热点和难点。尼可地尔是一种ATP敏感性钾离子通道开放剂,在临床主要用于心血管疾病。此外,尼可地尔具有一定的抗纤维化作用,可减轻肝、肾、心、肺等多器官的纤维化程度。其抗纤维化的主要机制包括抗氧化、抗炎、抑制胶原蛋白生成、调节纤维化相关细胞因子及信号通路。因此,尼可地尔有望成为多脏器纤维化的治疗药物,未来其抗纤维化的作用及机制仍需进一步深入探讨。Fibrosis can lead to organ failure and even cause death of patients,which seriously endangers human health,and is currently a hot and difficult topic in the medical field.Nicorandil is an ATP-sensitive potassium channel opener,which is mainly used in cardiovascular diseases in clinical practice.Besides,nicorandil has a certain anti-fibrotic effect,which can reduce the degree of fibrosis of multiple organs such as liver,kidney,heart,and lungs.Its main anti-fibrotic mechanisms include antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,inhibition of collagen production,regulation of fibrosis-related cytokines and signaling pathways.Therefore,nicorandil is expected to become a therapeutic drug for multi-organ fibrosis,and its anti-fibrotic effects and mechanisms still need to be further explored in the future.
