摘  要:目的基于文献计量学的方法探讨斑马鱼在心血管疾病中的研究现状和发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于斑马鱼和心血管疾病的文献,检索时限为1999年1月1日至2023年9月11日。采用“bibliometrix”R包和VOSviewer软件对文献进行数据分析和可视化分析,包括整体发文情况,国家/地区、机构、个人发表情况和合作关系以及发表期刊、研究主题等方面。结果本研究共纳入5892篇文献,共65个国家和地区、4282个机构、23159位研究者参与发表。1999年起斑马鱼与心血管疾病相关研究的文章发表数量呈逐年增加趋势。在国家方面,美国和中国发文量最多,西班牙、美国和韩国的平均文章被引量最多。在机构方面,加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校是该领域发表文章最多的机构,哈佛大学与其他机构合作最为密切。在作者方面,Stainier DYR是该领域发文量和被引量最高的作者。根据布拉德福定律,22个期刊被认定为该领域的核心期刊,Development是发文量最多的期刊。文献共被引显示,被引量位于2~4的文献均与斑马鱼心肌细胞再生和相关机制有关。关键词分析证明心肌再生为该领域的高频词汇,暴露和心脏毒性也逐渐受到关注。结论基于文献计量学对斑马鱼和心血管疾病相关研究的文献进行全面的量化分析显示,心肌再生一直是该领域的研究焦点,暴露和心脏毒性可能是未来的研究热点。Objective To explore the current research status and development trend of zebrafish in cardiovascular diseases based on bibliometric methods.Methods The papers on zebrafish and cardiovascular diseases published in the Web of Science Core Collection database from Jan.1st,1999 to Sep.11th,2023 were searched,and a bibliometric analysis was conducted.We used"bibliometrix"R package and VOSviewer software to analyze data and visualize the results,including entire publishment situation,the publish amounts and cooperation relationship of countries/regions,institutions and authors,journal analysis,and research topics.Results A total of 5892 papers were included in this study,covering 65 countries/regions,4282 institutions and 23159 authors.Since 1999,the number of papers published on research related to zebrafish and cardiovascular diseases have shown an increasing trend year by year.In terms of countries,the United States and China published the most documents and had the closest cooperation;Spain,the United States and South Korea had the highest average number of citations per paper.In terms of institutions,the University of California,San Francisco published the most documents,and Harvard University collaborated most closely with other institutions.In terms of authors,Stainier DYR was the author with the highest number of publications and citations.According to Bradford′s Law,22 journals were recognized as core journals in this field,and Development was the journal with the largest number of publications.The co-citation of the documents showed that the papers with citations ranging from 2 to 4 were all related to zebrafish cardiomyocyte regeneration and its related mechanisms.Keyword analysis also proved that myocardial regeneration was a high-frequency word in this field,while environmental exposure and cardiotoxicity had gradually attracted the attention of the researchers.Conclusion This comprehensive quantitative analysis on the papers on the research of zebrafish and cardiovascular diseases based on bibliometric
