摘　　要：未来产业发展本质上是前沿和颠覆性技术产业化的过程,当下布局的未来产业在今后一个时期有可能成为战略性新兴产业。未来产业创新生态系统建立在技术预见基础上,由技术成长、创新扩散、产业演化三个子系统构成。技术发现源头在高校和科研院所,推动技术成长到创新扩散的关键在科技领军型企业和新型研发机构,由创新扩散到最终形成产业集群的重要参与者是风险投资机构、金融机构和应用需求方。我国必须充分发挥集中力量办大事的新型举国体制优势,在多元投入支持、组织架构创新、有效转化模式、科技合作交流等方面持续发力,不断塑造未来产业发展新动能。The development of future industries is essentially the process of the industrialization of advanced disruptive technologies,and the current layout of future industries may become a strategic emerging industry in the next stage.The future industrial innovation ecosystem is built on the basis of foresight on technology development and is composed of three subsystems:technology growth,innovation diffusion and industry evolution.The source of technology discovery is in universities and research institutes,and the key to promoting technology growth to innovation diffusion is in technologically leading enterprises and new research and development institutions.The important participants from innovation diffusion to the final formation of industrial clusters are venture capital investors,financial institutions and the application demand side.China must give full play to the advantages of the new national system of concentrating resources to do big things,and continue to make efforts in diverse input support,organizational structure innovation,effective transformation of models,and scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges,and continue to create new drivers for development of future industries.
