摘  要:随着第四次工业革命的到来,未来产业发展日益受到重视,也给我国高等教育在推进产学研深度融合及复合型创新型人才培养等方面带来了前所未有的挑战。未来产业与科技创新的双生态培育,应从拓宽未来产业人才培育的广度、注重未来产业人才培育的深度、深化未来产业人才培育的多主体协同程度入手,优化人才、资本和技术等创新要素组织配置,提高集聚程度,完善产业创新生态,从而推动新质生产力加快发展,为全面建设社会主义现代化强国贡献科学力量。With the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution,the development of future industries is gaining increasing attention,and also brings unprecedented challenges to China's higher education in promoting the deep integration of enterprises,universities and research institutes,and the training of innovative compound talents.The dual ecological cultivation of future industries and scientific and technological innovation should start from broadening the scopes of future industrial talent cultivation,paying attention to the depth of future industrial talent cultivation,deepening the degree of multi-subject collaboration of future industrial talent cultivation,optimizing the organization and allocation of innovation factors such as talent,capital and technology.improving the degree of concentration,and optimizing the industrial innovation ecology so as to promote the development of new quality productive forces and contribute scientific strength to building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way.
