摘 要:相比于扫描电子显微镜,光学显微镜具有操作简单、鉴别快速、价格便宜的优点,目前已广泛应用于纺织纤维检验。然而,目前只有普通光学显微镜被应用于纺织纤维的检测标准。尽管其他光学显微成像方法在纺织纤维的检测中具有一定优势,却仍未受到行业的广泛重视。本文旨在介绍不同类型光学显微镜的原理、构造以及其在纺织纤维检测中的应用,并对光学显微镜在纺织纤维检测领域中的潜在应用进行了展望,从而让这些仪器能更好地服务于纺织纤维生产和检测领域,助推我国纺织行业的高质量发展。Compared with scanning electron microscope,optical microscope has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and low cost,which is widely used in the inspection of textile fibers.However,only normal optical microscopes has been acknowledged as the standard method.Although other optical microscopy imaging methods have their own advantages in the detection of textile fibers,they have not yet received widespread attention from the industry.This review aims to introduce the principles,structures,and applications of different types of optical microscopes in textile fiber detection,and prospects the potential applications of optical microscopes in the field of textile fiber detection.Hopefully,these instruments can better assist the production and detection of textile fibers,and promote the high-quality development of China’s textile industry.
