摘　　要：急性上呼吸道感染是现代临床上的常见病、多发病。与成人患病有所不同,小儿由于特殊的生理特征而更易发生急性上呼吸道感染,且多存在患病后夹杂兼证的情况。从中医医史的角度系统研究小儿急性上呼吸道传染病,探讨古代医籍对小儿急性上呼吸道感染认识的历史沿革,有利于对该病作出深入认识和鉴别诊断。本研究总体上以纵向历史时代为序,通过列举大量中医古籍中的具体实例,系统梳理了历代中医古籍中对该病病名范畴、病因病机、小儿生理与发病以及兼挟证等方面的记载,并相应地进行特点探析和分析总结,从古代医籍的角度总结各个历史阶段对该病关键特征的认识,以期为现代临床正确认识、鉴别和诊治该病提供充分的理论依据与辨证思路。Acute upper respiratory infection is a common and frequently-occurring disease.Different from adults,children are more prone to acute upper respiratory infection due to their special physiological characteristics,and often accompanying many mixed symptoms.The systematic study of acute upper respiratory infection in children from the perspective of history and literature of traditional Chinese medicine,and explore the historical evolution of understanding of acute upper respiratory infection in children in ancient Chinese medical books,are conducive to the in-depth understanding and differential diagnosis of this disease.This study takes the longitudinal historical era as the order,through enumerating a large number of specific examples in ancient Chinese medical books,systematically reviews the records of ancient Chinese medical books in the past dynasties on the category of disease,etiology and pathogenesis,physiology and morbidity in children,as well as the combined syndrome of this disease,and analyzes and summarizes the characteristics accordingly.This study summarizes the understanding of the key features of this disease in ancient Chinese medical books at various historical stages,in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis and dialectical thinking for the correct understanding,identification and treatment of this disease in modern clinic.
