国内市场一体化对企业全球价值链参与的影响——兼论畅通双循环的互动关系

摘　　要：畅通国内国际双循环是加快构建新发展格局的关键内涵,对企业高水平开放、深度参与全球生产分工具有重要意义。文章以畅通国内大循环为主体,探究国内市场一体化对企业全球价值链参与的影响及内在机制,并在此基础上,拓展分析畅通双循环视角下,国内市场一体化和贸易便利化对企业全球价值链参与的互动影响。研究发现:国内市场一体化主要通过成本节约效应和贸易匹配效应显著提升了企业全球价值链参与度,尤其对东部地区企业全球价值链参与的提升效果最为明显。此外,国内市场一体化与贸易便利化在提升企业全球价值链参与过程中存在互补作用,且这种互补作用主要体现在提升全球价值链上游参与度上。Smoothing dual circulation is the key to accelerating the construction of a new development pattern, which is of great significance for the enterprises to open up at a high level and deeply participate in global production division. This paper focuses on smoothing domestic circulation and explores the impact of domestic market integration on the participation of the enterprises in global value chain(GVC) and its internal mechanism. Based on this, the paper expands the analysis of the interactive impact of domestic market integration and trade facilitation on the participation of the enterprises in GVC from the perspective of smoothing dual circulation. The research shows that domestic market integration significantly improves the participation of the enterprises in GVC through cost saving effect and trade matching effect, and exerts the most significant promotion effect on the participation of the enterprises in GVC in the east region. In addition, domestic market integration and trade facilitation play a complementary role in enhancing the participation of the enterprises in GVC, and this complementary role is mainly reflected in enhancing the upstream participation in GVC.
