摘  要:文章通过对华北理工大学图书馆2009-2023年阅读治疗个案记录的统计,分析高校图书馆个体阅读治疗发展脉络、大学生主要心理问题及其分布,以及治疗书目应用特征,总结个体阅读治疗发展特点与规律,并提出高校图书馆个体阅读治疗发展建议,即提升学术敏感度,增强个体阅读治疗研究意识;打造良好的个体阅读治疗基础环境;构建以发展阅读疗法为主、临床阅读疗法为辅的阅读疗法实践模式;加强心理问题与群体属性调研;建设契合大学生心理需求特点的阅读疗法书目体系。This article conducts case study of individual reading therapy in the library of North China University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2022,analyses its development context,the main psychological problems and distribution of college students,as well as the application characteristics of therapeutic books.It summarizes the development characteristics and laws of individual reading therapy,and proposes development suggestions for individual reading therapy in university libraries,namely enhancing academic sensitivity and enhancing research awareness of individual reading therapy;creating a good basic environment for individual reading therapy;constructing a reading therapy practice model with developmental reading therapy as the main approach and clinical reading therapy as a supplement;strengthening research on psychological issues and group attributes;establishing a reading therapy bibliography system that meeting the psychological needs of university students.
