摘 要:提出一种具有高Q值的太赫兹全金属超构表面。该超构表面由4个菱形孔组成,改变相邻菱形孔的尺寸,可以打破结构的对称性,产生准连续域束缚态(BICs);改变入射波的极化角度,激发的准BICs频率保持不变,超构表面具有极化不相关特性。优化结构参数,仿真结果表明,当尺寸偏差为3μm时,产生的准BICs实现了小于1 GHz的超窄带宽,对应Q值大于1300。实验测试结果显示,加工的样品(偏差30μm)测试Q值为40。相比于圆孔结构,菱形孔结构由于尖锐的转角可以实现较强的束缚场。本文提出的具有极化无关准BICs的超构表面在实时化学和生物分子传感中具有巨大的实际应用潜力。A terahertz(THz)all-metal metasurface with a high Q-factor has been proposed,consisting of four diamond-shaped holes.By altering the size of adjacent diamond-shaped holes,the symmetry of the structure can be broken,resulting in quasi-Bound states In the Continuum(BICs).By changing the polarization angle of the incident wave,the frequency of the excited quasi-BICs remains unchanged,exhibiting polarization-independent characteristics.Simulation results show that,by optimizing structural parameters,when the size deviation is 3μm,the quasi-BICs achieved an ultranarrow bandwidth of less than 1 GHz,corresponding to a Q-factor greater than 1300.Experimental test results show that the fabricated sample(with a deviation of 30μm)had a measured Q-factor of 40.Compared to circular hole structures,the diamond-shaped hole structure can achieve stronger bound fields due to its sharp corners.The proposed metasurface with polarization-independent quasi-BICs has enormous practical application potential in real-time chemical and biomolecular sensing.
