摘 要:由于氢气的易燃易爆化学特性导致其在制备、运输及使用等各个环节极易造成爆炸事故,因此,使用高效而又精确的氢气传感器对氢气进行及时精确监测来降低由氢气相关引发的安全问题具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了现阶段正处于研究热点的四种光纤型氢气传感器的结构特点、工作原理、自身特色以及研究现状,并以此为基础,对其发展现状与优缺点进行了简要分析。最后,对光纤型氢气传感器的未来研究方向进行了展望。Due to the flammable and explosive chemical properties of hydrogen,it is easy to cause explosion accidents in all aspects of preparation,transportation and usage.Therefore,it is of great significance to use efficient and accurate hydrogen sensors to monitor hydrogen in time and accurately to reduce the safety problems caused by hydrogen.This thesis mainly introduces the structural characteristics,working principle,characteristics and research status of four kinds of optical fiber hydrogen sensors which are being studied at this stage.Based on this,the development status,advantages and disadvantages are briefly analyzed.Finally,the future research direction of optical fiber hydrogen sensor is prospected.
