摘　　要：目的:检索、评价并汇总乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性管理的相关证据,为临床拟定提高病人内分泌治疗依从性管理方案提供参考依据。方法:根据“6S”证据金字塔模型系统检索有关乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性管理的相关证据,检索时限为建库至2024年2月1日。对纳入文献进行质量评价、证据提取和汇总。结果:共纳入14篇文献,包括2篇指南、2篇专家共识、3篇证据总结、7篇系统评价。汇总形成25条证据,包括评估策略、管理组织、动机和行为干预、心理社会支持、健康教育和随访5个方面。结论:总结的乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性管理的最佳证据可为临床医护人员制定有效的依从性管理方案提供循证依据。Objective:To search,evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of the management of endocrine therapy compliance in breast cancer patients,and to provide reference for the clinical development of management programs to improve the compliance of endocrine therapy patients.Methods:According to the"6S"evidence pyramid model system,the relevant evidence of compliance management of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients was retrieved.The search deadline was from database establishment to February 1,2024.Quality evaluation,evidence extraction and summary were carried out for the included literatures.Results:A total of 14 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,2 expert consensus,3 evidence summaries,and 7 systematic reviews.25 pieces of evidence were collected,including 5 aspects:assessment strategy,management organization,motivation and behavior intervention,psychosocial support,health education and follow-up.Conclusion:The best evidence of compliance management of endocrine therapy for breast cancer patients can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical staff to develop effective compliance management programs.
