摘  要:电解铜粉具有良好的物理化学性质和独特的树枝状结构,是高端制造与先进材料合成不可或缺的关键基础材料之一。然而,采用传统的电解工艺制备电解铜粉,存在诸如能耗高、生产效率低、产品粗大以及参数调控窗口窄等问题。电解液添加剂的合理运用和优化是改进电解铜粉制备过程的关键之一,能有效地控制电化学反应过程,调整铜粉形貌结构并提升其性能。本文阐述了阳离子添加剂、阴离子添加剂、非离子添加剂以及两性添加剂在电解铜粉制备中的作用,并探讨了各添加剂之间的协同作用以及对电解铜粉形态和性能的影响。此外,揭示了电解铜粉添加剂研究中存在的问题,并展望了电解铜粉添加剂的发展方向。对电解铜粉添加剂的深入分析,可为选择适宜的添加剂、优化电解工艺、提升铜粉性能,以及拓展电解铜粉的新应用提供参考。Electrolytic copper powder,with its distinctive physicochemical traits and unique dendritic configuration,is an indispens⁃able fundamental material in high-end manufacturing and advanced material synthesis.However,the preparation of electrolytic copper powder through the modification of conventional process parameters confronts challenges including high energy consumption,dimin⁃ished production efficiency,excessively coarse and bulky products,and narrow parametric control windows.The strategic application and optimization of additives in the electrolyte have emerged as a crucial strategy for improving the manufacturing process of electrolyt⁃ic copper powder.These additives can efficiently regulate the electrochemical reaction process,modify the copper powder's morpholo⁃gy,and enhance its performance.This review thoroughly discussed the roles of various additives-cationic,anionic,non-ionic,and am⁃photeric in the preparation of electrolytic copper powder,exploring the synergistic effect among them and its impact on the powder's morphology and performance.Additionally,this review highlighted current challenges and emerging trends in applying these additives.The comprehensive analysis of the additives in this study could serve as a reference for selecting suitable additives,optimizing electrol⁃ysis processes,increasing product performance,and discovering new applications for electrolytic copper powder.
