摘 要:针对车主充电行为的随机性给电动汽车的充电管理带来挑战的问题,提出一种基于充电优先级的协调充电算法。该算法根据时间监测机制形成电动汽车充电优先级序列,并通过整合电网基础负荷数据和电动汽车功率需求得到电网容量裕度参数;然后根据电网容量裕度和充电优先级,完成电动汽车充电进程的优化,并得到协调优化下的充电功率。仿真结果表明,所提协调算法能在满足电网功率要求的基础上,保证车主的功率需求,同时抑制电网负荷升高,这对电动汽车产业发展及智能电网规划有重要指导意义。Aiming at the problem that owners random charging activities brings challenges to the charging management of electric vehicles,a coordinated charging algorithm based on charging priority is proposed.The algorithm forms the electric vehicle charging priority sequence according to the time monitoring mechanism,and predicts the power grid capacity margin parameters through the power grid basic load data and electric vehicle power demand.Then,according to the grid capacity margin and charging priority,the charging process of electric vehicles is optimized,and the charging power under coordinated optimization is obtained.The simulation results show that the proposed coordination algorithm can meet the power requirements of the power grid,ensure the power demand of vehicle owners,and minimize the peak load of the power grid,which has important guiding significance for the development of the electric vehicle industry and smart grid planning.
