摘 要:良好的气动性能可以提高赛车的制动效能,是赛车高速、安全行驶的前提。文章主要对前定风翼、后定风翼的造型进行优化设计与分析,并运用累加法和控制变量法对大学生方程式系列赛事(FSC)整车进行流体仿真分析。研究通过采用变截面和增加展弦长等优化方式能否有效增加下压力和减少阻力。首先在Profili翼型库中选取合适的翼型,然后在Fluent中设定模型计算域边界条件和初始条件从而对赛车实际运行工况进行模拟。依据空气动力学理念,为赛车设计一套空气动力学套件,并进一步对套件的结构参数进行优化,进而提出了一套本赛车的最佳气动性能设计方案。Good aerodynamic performance can improve the braking efficiency of the racing,which is the premise of high speed and safe driving of the racing.In this paper,the modeling of the front wing and the rear wing is optimized and analyzed,and the fluid simulation of formula student China(FSC)vehicle is carried out by means of accumulation method and control variable method.It is studied whether the optimization methods such as variable section and increasing chord length could effectively increase downforce and reduce drag.Firstly,the appropriate airfoil is selected in Profili airfoil library,and then the boundary conditions and initial conditions of the model calculation domain are set in Fluent to simulate the actual running conditions of the racing.According to the concept of aerodynamics,a set of aerodynamics kit is designed for the racing racing,and the structural parameters of the kit are further optimized,and then a set of optimal aerodynamic performance design scheme is proposed.
