摘 要:白车身模态研究是整车研发设计中极为重要的一项,是车辆噪声与振动研究中的关键环节。为了确保车身在设计要求下的模态性能,文章基于有限元和试验模态分析理论,以计算机辅助设计(CAD)模型为基础,构建了有限元模型。在此基础上,分析前十阶模态,并进行了白车身模态试验验证。将试验测得的试验模态与计算模态进行对比,分析其各阶模态频率和振型,并对其提出了改进建议。文章运用仿真手段对白车身进行分析,可以缩短开发周期,降低成本,对白车的设计开发具有指导意义。Modal research on body-in-white is an extremely important aspect of vehicle development and design,and is a key link of vehicle noise and vibration research.In order to ensure the modal performance of the vehicle body under design requirements,this paper constructs a finite element model based on finite element and experimental modal analysis theory and computer aided design(CAD)model.On this basis,the first ten modes are analyzed and validated through body-in-white modal tests.The experimental modes measured by experiment are compared with the calculated modes,and the frequencies and modes of each mode are analyzed,and improvement suggestions are proposed for them.Using simulation methods to analyze the body-in-white can shorten the development cycle,reduce costs,and have guiding significance for the design and development of white vehicles.
