摘 要:印染工业产生的废水量巨大且含有多种有害物质,包括顽固的有机染料、金属离子和各种添加剂,这些成分难以降解,对生态系统和人类健康构成了严重威胁。传统的物理和化学处理方法虽然在某种程度上能够避免这些问题,但往往伴随着高能耗、二次污染等问题,难以满足日益严格的环境保护要求。生物膜技术以独特的生物处理机理、良好的处理效果及较低的运营成本,逐渐成为研究热点。深入探讨基于生物膜技术的印染废水处理系统的构建,通过系统设计、运行参数优化及实际案例分析,展开全面研究与探讨,以期为印染废水的处理提供一种更加经济、高效且环境友好的解决方案。The printing and dyeing industry produces a huge amount of wastewater,and contains a variety of harmful substances,including stubborn organic dyes,metal ions and various additives,these components are difficult to degrade,and pose a serious threat to the ecosystem and human health.Although traditional physical and chemical treatment methods can alleviate these problems to some extent,they are often accompanied by high energy consumption,secondary pollution and other problems,which is difficult to meet the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements.Biofilm technology has gradually become a research hotspot with its unique biological treatment mechanism,good treatment effect and low operating cost.The construction of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system based on biofilm technology was explored,through the system design,operation parameter optimization and actual case analysis,a comprehensive research and discussion was did,in order to provide a more economical,efficient and environmentally friendly solution for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
