摘  要:为有效提升印染企业污水总氮去除效率,从印染企业内部土壤中分离、筛选出一株高效的总氮去除细菌(TS)。在培养2~3 d内,该菌株OD_(600)达到最大,有效去氮时间为7 d。经生理生化研究,确定该菌株属于假单胞菌属。在以硫酸铵和乙酸钠为氮源和碳源的情况下,TS菌株在7 d内的总氮处理率达到79.9%。将该菌株生物强化作用于企业实际污水,总氮实际去除率提升了10%。In order to effectively improve the efficiency of total nitrogen removal in printing and dyeing wastewater,an efficient total nitrogen removal bacterium(TS) was isolated and screened from the internal soil of printing and dyeing enterprises.Within 2-3 d culture,the strain OD_(600) reached the maximum and the effective denitrogenation time was 7 d.Through physiological and biochemical test,the strain was confirmed to belong to Pseudomonas genus.Under the condition of ammonium sulfate and sodium acetate as nitrogen and carbon sources,the total nitrogen treatment rate of TS strain reached 79.9% within 7 d.The actual removal rate of total nitrogen was increased by 10% after the bioenhancement of the strain was applied to the actual wastewater of enterprises.
